reviewed and adjusted as necessary each year to reflect emerging needs, shifting priorities, or
changes in available funding.
Effective May 2015: New Aquatic Invasive Species Rules and Regulations
South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks.
The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks (GFP) Commission recently finalized several new rules at their March 6, 2015, meeting to help slow the spread of existing aquatic invasive species in our state. At this time, we anticipate that these rules will take effect on or around May 11, 2015. We will continue to keep anglers and boaters informed as the rules move through the process and what the actual effective date will be.
