Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton met with Canada's Minister of Foreign
Affairs Lawrence Cannon and announced that the United States and Canada have
agreed to update the Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement. The Agreement was last
amended in 1987 and will be revised to address issues including invasive species,
chemicals and climate change. |
