Weeds and Invasive Plants - House Bill 330
Signed into law by Governor Palin (Jun 17, 2008), instructs the commissioner
of the Department of Natural Resources to appoint a state coordinator for noxious
weed, invasive plant and agricultural pest management and education.

phase out of felt sole wading products, effective
Jan 1, 2012, to guard against the spread
of aquatic invasive species. Alaska is the
first state in the nation to ban the use
